Pozisyon Hakkında

Pastane Şefi ve Pasta Şef Yardımcısı pozisyonu için dinamik ekibimize katılacak, üretim kalitesine ve müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren adaylar aranıyor.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Belirlenen standartlar dahilinde üretim yapmak.
Ürün stok ve takibini sağlamak.
Servis öncesinde siparişlerin doğru hazırlanmasını denetlemek.
Araç, gereç ve ekipmanları doğru ve hijyenik şekilde kullanmak.

Aranan Profil

Yoğun iş temposuna ve esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilen.
Yaş pasta ve kuru pasta üretiminde deneyimli.
Pastane trendlerini takip eden.
Ekmek ve mayalı ürün üretimi konusunda bilgi sahibi.
Pasta ve sütlü tatlı konularında bilgi sahibi.
Kişisel hijyenine, dış görünümüne özen gösteren, güler yüzlü ve enerjik.
Mutfak ve restoran prosedürleri, hizmet standartları hakkında bilgi sahibi.
Sunum konusunda titiz ve sorumluluk sahibi.
Ekip çalışmasına uyum sağlayabilen, iletişim gücü yüksek.
