Patient Consultant - Health Tourism Advisor

About the role

Meditatessen is a UK-based health tourism marketplace connecting international patients with clinics, hospitals and doctors in Turkey. As a Patient Consultant, you guide patients from their first message until they return home, combining medical knowledge, organisation and care to make every treatment journey smooth, well-informed and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Guide patients through WhatsApp conversations and online calls, answering questions clearly and warmly
• Present the best treatment options based on evidence, clinic expertise and the patient's personal needs
• Handle reservations with partner clinics and hospitals and manage documents precisely, ensuring every procedure is accounted for
• Act as the patient's advocate, protecting their interests and rights throughout the journey
• Coordinate with clinics and doctors so every step stays on schedule

Required profile

• Native-level English, Russian, German, French, Italian or Arabic; the team is multilingual
• Knowledge of treatment packages in at least one of: dental, plastic surgery, oncology or cardiology
• Experience in health tourism, patient coordination, medical sales or a healthcare setting
• Precise, organised way of working and a natural sense of responsibility
• Turkish is a strong plus

Required skills

• Excellent written communication, especially in messaging
• Medical knowledge of treatment packages in one of the listed fields
