About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) sits at the heart of Roche’s new organization, translating stakeholder insights into value‑creating solutions for patients, the ecosystem, and Roche. This senior position focuses on scientific dialogue, product stewardship, and partnership development within the hematology therapeutic area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑depth scientific discussions and product promotion with healthcare professionals, ensuring balanced and truthful communication.
• Steward Roche’s hematology products throughout their lifecycle, supporting appropriate use and sharing product merits.
• Deeply understand public and private ecosystem needs, co‑creating solutions with external stakeholders.
• Build trust and credibility with partners to improve access to innovative care.
• Educate stakeholders with targeted information to enable informed decision‑making.
• Deliver support across the patient journey based on ecosystem insights.
• Optimize the end‑to‑end experience for the care ecosystem by uncovering needs and connecting capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to make decisive choices.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, preferably in hematology, with solid medical affairs and access strategy knowledge.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Turkish (English preferred) and a university degree.
• High integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct.
