Patient Journey Partner – Hematology

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) sits at the centre of Roche’s new organisation, acting as the local face of the company and bringing actionable insights from the healthcare ecosystem. The role focuses on scientific discussions, product stewardship and co‑creating solutions that benefit patients, the ecosystem and Roche.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑depth scientific discussions and promote Roche’s hematology products in a truthful, balanced manner.
• Steward products through their lifecycle, ensuring appropriate use and sharing merits with healthcare professionals.
• Deeply understand public and private ecosystem needs and co‑create solutions with external stakeholders.
• Educate and provide targeted information to enable informed decisions across the care journey.
• Optimize the end‑to‑end experience for the care ecosystem by uncovering needs and connecting capabilities.
