Payroll Implementation Consultant – Turkey

About the role

Strada Pay is a cloud‑based payroll calculation engine that continuously recalculates payroll and provides instant results. As a Payroll Implementation Consultant you will act as the functional lead for Strada Pay deployments in Turkey, guiding clients through the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing functional workshops, capture payroll configuration data and align requirements with Strada Pay best practices.
• Identify and document deviations from Strada Pay standards and work with the product team to configure the solution.
• Validate payroll solution and integrations during testing cycles, perform data validations and coordinate defect resolution.
• Support data mapping, UAT, parallel testing and issue resolution across all systems.
• Provide knowledge transfer to delivery and operational payroll teams and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in functional consulting or analytical roles within payroll outsourcing or payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish payroll legislation, tax and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage the full payroll implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with proactive problem‑solving attitude.
