People Operations Coordinator

About the role

This fully remote position supports the global People function, focusing on onboarding, HR, talent operations, and employee experience. You will ensure new joiners have a smooth, engaging start while continuously improving underlying processes.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve onboarding processes, coordinate operational activities for new joiners, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation (e.g., Notion pages).
• Handle system updates, data filtering, report preparation, and maintain accurate People data across multiple tools.
• Identify and implement AI and digital tool enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with People, HR, recruitment, and onboarding stakeholders across different locations and time zones.

Required profile

• Experience in People Operations, HR operations, onboarding, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, distributed environment.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to experiment, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Notion and applicant tracking systems.
• Interest in applying AI to improve workflow efficiency.
