Performance Marketing Specialist – User Acquisition

About the role

Ancienda is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on performance marketing to drive user acquisition for its technology products. You will collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to translate insights into actionable campaigns that fuel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance campaigns across Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other networks.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to identify high‑performing elements.
• Monitor results, generate insights, and apply data‑driven techniques to improve CPI, ROAS, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uncover winning concepts and growth opportunities.
• Track performance, prepare regular reports, and highlight areas for improvement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience managing web and app campaigns.
• Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Proactive ownership, continuous learning mindset, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communication and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
