Piping Works Chief

About the role

Rönesans Holding, a main contractor and investor active in construction, real estate, energy, industrial facilities and healthcare since 1993, is looking for an experienced Piping Works Chief to lead daily piping construction activities on a large-scale industrial project.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of piping construction experience
• Experience in petrochemical, refinery, energy or similar industrial projects
• Proven experience managing 400-600 site personnel
• Able to lead foremen, supervisors and field engineers
• Previous experience as a Piping Works Chief on large EPC, petrochemical or refinery projects
• Good English and ability to work with multinational teams; able to work in fast-paced, demanding site environments

Required skills

• Piping erection, welding, hydrotesting, mechanical completion and turnover
• Daily planning, subcontractor coordination and site productivity management
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to HSE, quality and project objectives
