About the role

The Kitchen Porter supports the culinary team at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus by ensuring that all supplies, equipment and utensils are available exactly when needed. Working in a fast‑paced luxury hotel environment, you will help maintain a clean, safe and efficient kitchen that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Transport and store food, beverages and kitchen equipment to designated stations.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment and basic ware‑house tasks.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen and service areas.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during service by preparing workstations and handling waste.
• Report any equipment issues or supply shortages promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a porter or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or food‑and‑beverage setting.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable and detail‑focused approach.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
