Powership Investment Electrical Director

About the role

The Powership Investment Electrical Director will lead a large‑scale electrical engineering organization responsible for the design, investment, and execution of electrical systems on Powership projects. This senior position reports to senior management and requires on‑site presence in Yalova.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical specifications, standards, and design requirements for Powership electrical projects.
• Oversee the full electrical design lifecycle, from concept through hand‑over to execution teams.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations for electrical and control systems.
• Monitor project performance, schedule, budget, and technical quality, providing regular reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical projects within energy or oil & gas sectors.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Advanced proficiency in English and willingness to travel as project demands.
• Residence in Yalova or willingness to relocate.

Required skills

• High Voltage (HV) system design and implementation.
• EPC project management and execution.
• Electrical design documentation (single‑line diagrams, control philosophies).
• Project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning.
