Pricing and Reimbursement Specialist

About the role

The Pricing and Reimbursement Specialist will ensure that our pharmaceutical products are priced and reimbursed in compliance with Turkish regulations. You will work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Marketing, Finance and other functions to support pricing applications, monitor regulatory changes and provide insightful market analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on pricing and reimbursement processes for company products in line with TİTCK, SGK and other relevant regulations.
• Prepare analyses, files and documentation required for TİTCK pricing applications and SGK reimbursement submissions.
• Conduct reference‑price, price‑change, periodic Euro‑value and cost‑card analyses.
• Monitor regulatory announcements and assess their impact on product pricing and reimbursement.
• Produce reports on pricing status, competitor pricing, and market conditions.
• Manage procurement and follow‑up of price certificates and supporting documents.
• Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of required actions.
• Proactively track deadlines, missing documents and required actions across multiple simultaneous processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Health Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, reimbursement or market access within the pharmaceutical industry (including internships).
• Strong knowledge of Turkish pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement processes.
• Analytical thinking, data interpretation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to regulatory changes.
• Effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
