Principal Engineer, Digital Design Engineering

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead digital design activities within its Automotive Istanbul Design Center. The role focuses on high‑speed serial data communication ICs for next‑generation safety and infotainment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define product requirements and feasibility together with product owners.
• Develop RTL for assigned blocks using SystemVerilog.
• Create and manage verification plans, execute block‑level and top‑level verification, and run regression suites.
• Support synthesis, static timing analysis, DFT, and place‑and‑route activities.
• Validate functional blocks on silicon benches and collaborate with test engineers on test program finalization.
• Respond to customer and application queries.
• Lead IC design projects from concept through series production.

Required profile

• MSEE or PhD with a focus on IC/VLSI design.
• 12+ years of experience in digital ASIC design, preferably in high‑speed, low‑power applications.
• Proven track record of taking designs from definition to volume production.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in English.
