Principal Solution Consultant

About the role

As a Principal Solution Consultant at Genesys, you will help customers design and adopt AI‑powered experience orchestration solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technical road‑maps and demonstrating the value of Genesys platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business users to identify gaps, opportunities, and projected benefits.
• Design and present tailored solutions that integrate CRM, BPM, AI, and cloud hyperscaler technologies.
• Stay current on Genesys products and industry best practices to guide customer innovation.
• Develop and deliver dynamic use‑case presentations to C‑level executives and key influencers.
• Collaborate with internal experts to solve complex technical challenges throughout the pre‑sales process.
• Drive the strategic and technical selection journey, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
