Process Control Engineer

About the role

JTI is looking for a Process Control Engineer to strengthen factory process control and industrial automation at the Torbali Factory. You will develop standards, implement global requirements and improve efficiency, reliability and safety of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage robustification and Industrial Automation & Control Systems (IACS), including MOM, OT networking, CyberArk and related communication systems.
• Develop automation strategies, define standards, prepare roadmaps and support Management of Change processes.
• Gather technical data for investment projects, prepare specifications, scopes of work and BAP documentation.
• Oversee assigned CapEx projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and company policies.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IMS, EHS and energy requirements, ensuring safe engineering and contractor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 1 year of engineering experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive mindset, strong collaboration, continuous improvement focus and commitment to safety.

Required skills

• Process control and industrial automation knowledge.
• Experience with IACS, OT networking and CyberArk.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
