About the role
Responsible for managing and maintaining manufacturing master data and documentation processes, ensuring accurate product and process routing, BOM control, and compliance with GMP standards.
Key responsibilities
- Update product/process routing and create/maintain BOMs in SAP S/4HANA.
- Release and close process orders (TECO) and report routing accuracy.
- Review and revise batch record templates, SOPs, and MES batch records.
- Analyze material consumption, variances and support technical batch release activities.
- Deliver training and ensure readiness of shop‑floor documentation systems, forms and SOPs.
- Control issuance and reconciliation of forms within the CIRF system.
Required profile
- Experience in operations management and execution within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, process excellence and general HSE practices.
- Proficiency in data analytics and digital tools.
