Process Quality Specialist

About the role

Crs Soft, a software company producing niche technologies for leading companies in Turkey and abroad, is looking for a Process Quality Specialist. You will contribute to developing and continuously improving the Integrated Management System, support audit and compliance activities, and help turn business processes into clear, efficient and sustainable ways of working in line with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of Integrated Management System activities in line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 20000-1 standards
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Help prepare, maintain and monitor management system documentation
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Support awareness and training activities related to management systems
• Contribute to the modelling, review and continuous improvement of corporate processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and coordination skills
• Disciplined, able to track work regularly and use time efficiently

Required skills

• Familiarity with process modelling and documentation activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 20000-1; relevant training or certifications are an asset
