Procurement Director – Themed Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Director to lead purchasing activities for our themed projects, including theme parks, museums, exhibitions, and immersive experience environments. The role will be based in Istanbul and will involve close collaboration with design, technical, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for themed projects.
• Conduct market research and cost analysis to ensure competitive purchasing.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms.
• Collaborate with design, technical office, and construction teams.
• Take an active leadership role in domestic and international tenders and projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience, preferably in theme parks, museums, exhibitions, or immersive projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of materials and their technical specifications.
• Experience in supply management, market research, and comprehensive cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Residency in Istanbul, Turkey.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
