Procurement Manager – Assistant Director

About the role

EY Turkey is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Manager (Assistant Director) to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for indirect spend in its Istanbul office. You will work within a global professional services firm, collaborating with internal stakeholders and regional teams to deliver value‑focused sourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement across categories such as professional services, facilities, travel, technology and corporate services.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and vendor performance programs.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve optimal commercial and service outcomes.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor procurement performance through reporting, analytics and KPI management.
• Partner with regional and global procurement teams on strategic initiatives.
• Lead procurement‑related projects, transformation efforts and process improvements.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, vendor management or supply chain experience.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, technology, financial services or multinational corporate environments.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Experience managing cross‑functional stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish.
