Product Designer

About the role

iyzico is looking for a Product Designer to shape end‑to‑end experiences for its web and mobile payment solutions. You will work in a fast‑growing fintech environment, turning complex data‑rich interfaces into simple, intuitive journeys for merchants and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete user experiences for web and mobile products, from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing and other cross‑functional partners throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative user data to uncover pain points and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups that balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing and prototype validation to inform design decisions.
• Utilise and contribute to the company design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools and technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product, UX or UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design projects and clear design processes.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing both web interfaces and mobile applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
• Experience working with design systems.
