Product Lead - iGaming (Turkey)

About the role

A partner company is looking for a Product Lead based in Turkey to shape product strategy and drive innovative solutions in the fast-paced iGaming industry. The role oversees product roadmaps, guides strategic prioritization and ensures product initiatives deliver measurable business value. It is fully remote, with an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs and long-term growth.
• Lead, mentor and develop Product Managers, encouraging ownership and collaboration.
• Oversee product roadmap planning, prioritization and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Establish and improve product management processes to strengthen collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Drive data-informed decisions through product analytics, performance metrics, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends and competitive intelligence to find optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies and deliver product solutions.
• Monitor product performance, identify risks and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product or similar leadership role.
• Strong product management experience in the iGaming industry, with knowledge of its market dynamics and business models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and build high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international, fully remote environment.
