Product Sourcing Manager (Woven)

About the role

COLIN'S, a ready-to-wear company operating in 24 countries and over 600 stores, is looking for a Product Sourcing Manager (Woven). You will manage the end-to-end sourcing of fabrics and ready-to-wear products in the woven category, in line with target cost, quality and lead time objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sourcing process, from collection and fabric purchasing to final product shipment.
• Oversee and control the process according to pricing, quantity and store-entry plans set by Product Management.
• Contribute to cost efficiency and gross margin targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Textile Engineering).
• At least 8 years of experience in product, brand or category management functions.
• At least 5 years of experience in woven production and team management.
• Strong product knowledge and a global supplier network in the woven category.
• Advanced English (minimum C1 level) and no restrictions on domestic and international travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
