Production Manager

About the role

HAUS Centrifuge Technologies seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead high‑variety manufacturing operations. The role combines strong technical expertise with hands‑on leadership to drive quality, cost, delivery and efficiency targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production operations, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, delivery and efficiency goals.
• Execute production plans, managing capacity, machinery, workforce and shift schedules.
• Monitor and improve machining processes, focusing on CNC turning, 2‑axis and vertical machining centers.
• Track production KPIs, analyse deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify bottlenecks and resource constraints, recommending improvements and investments.
• Utilise ERP systems for production monitoring and control.
• Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Engineering to optimise end‑to‑end performance.
• Drive lean manufacturing, productivity and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and coach the production team, enhancing technical capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgical or related engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8‑10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in medium‑to‑large industrial settings with high production volumes and product variety.
• Strong knowledge of CNC technologies, machining methods and CAD/CAM applications.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems for production planning and monitoring.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and a valid Class B driver’s licence.
