Production Manager – Plant Operations (Crush, Refining, Bottling)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the safe and efficient day‑to‑day operations of our Thrace plant, covering crushing, refining and bottling processes. You will work closely with the Plant Manager to drive productivity, quality and safety across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Operations Excellence plans to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Monitor and enforce BPS Management System requirements in the production environment.
• Oversee Process Safety Management programs and ensure compliance.
• Track and improve product yields.
• Organise daily production meetings to align all operational activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in industrial or chemical engineering.
• 3–5 years in a management position within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or food technology (Master’s degree is a plus).
