Production Technician

About the role

The Production Technician will work in our Izmir production facilities, handling material movement and supporting warehouse operations. You will ensure safe and efficient forklift operation while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, stack, and store materials across warehouse and production areas.
• Support inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accurate material handling and inventory movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, and storing incoming materials according to procedures.
• Prepare and stage materials for production, shipment, or internal transfers.
• Support inventory counting activities and maintain accuracy in assigned locations.
• Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping standards in line with safety requirements.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or production role.
• Valid Forklift Operator License/Certificate.
• Ability to lift up to 22.67 kg and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, warehouse systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and operational procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts when required.
• Basic English knowledge is an advantage.
