Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead medium and small IT infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery. You will work closely with technical teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end IT infrastructure projects covering compute, network, storage, backup and database technologies.
• Prepare project documentation, executive‑level PowerPoint presentations and regular status reports.
• Coordinate with third‑party suppliers to optimise costs and improve efficiencies.
• Oversee vendor, contractor and subcontractor relationships, including procurement and change management.

Required profile

• Proven experience across all project life‑cycle phases, handling multiple work streams and scope changes.
• Strong stakeholder, people and team management skills, with the ability to coach and lead.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement and customer management for global projects.

Required skills

• Microsoft Project expertise for project execution.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• Knowledge of compute, network, storage, backup, database, servers, operating systems, switches, routers, access points, gateways, LAN and WAN.
