Project Management Office (PMO) Executive

About the role

Özak Global Holding, a Turkish conglomerate with nearly half a century of history, is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Executive to join its Headquarters. The role leads the implementation of best-in-class project management practices across the Holding.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent implementation of project management methodologies, governance standards and templates across the Holding.
• Coordinate projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to completion, in line with established methodologies and quality standards.
• Support project teams in defining scope, budget, timelines, resource needs and effort estimates.
• Contribute to project portfolio management by aligning projects with the Holding's strategic objectives and optimising resource allocation.
• Monitor project risks, KPIs and success criteria, and ensure timely corrective action when needed.
• Deliver training, coaching and continuous improvement initiatives to build a strong project management culture.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and digitalisation to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management methodologies and practices.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, business process improvement and technology integration projects.
• Experience coaching stakeholders on digital transformation and continuous improvement.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt certification is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Asana.
• Analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving.
