Project Manager – Customer Implementation

About the role

Elekta is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer implementation projects for its precision radiation medicine solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding projects from planning through hand‑over to Service while ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, coordinating internal teams, distributors and external partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Identify, monitor and resolve risks, issues and deviations to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site readiness assessments, review drawings and ensure equipment specifications are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in ERP and CLM systems and support revenue recognition activities.
• Communicate project status regularly to customers and internal stakeholders.
