Project Manager

About the role

GlassHouse is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead its IT infrastructure projects. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage GlassHouse IT infrastructure projects following PMI processes.
• Participate in contract management for new projects and ensure alignment with signed agreements.
• Lead service delivery, monitor SLA compliance, and act as escalation point for customer issues.
• Coordinate technical and commercial escalations between GlassHouse and customer teams.
• Represent operations in audits and prepare required documentation.
• Drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with BDDK, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Identify information‑security risks and report them to stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably with PMP certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in contractual management.
• Experience with SAP Basis project and service management is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
