Project Manager, RF Semiconductors

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Project Manager to join its RF Semiconductors (RFS) team, which develops high-performance integrated ASSPs and RF ICs covering the signal chain from antenna to baseband. As an engineering project manager you will manage the development of new products, advanced core technology and IP, working closely with engineers and collaborating with colleagues at several locations globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and regions, defining project goals with Engineering Directors, Product Designers, Applications, Marketing and Manufacturing
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and staffing, and proactively mitigate risks
• Work and lead projects independently, design and implement new processes and solutions
• Partner with other Program Managers to prioritize deliverables across concurrent projects and facilitate communication across global teams
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal communications, escalate critical issues and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Mentor and upskill team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high-tech or semiconductor environment
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Preferred: experience in the RF or IC product development cycle, PMP or equivalent certification, and ability to coach junior Project Managers

Required skills

• Project management tools such as MS Project, Confluence, Jira and Excel (including VBA)
• Ability to manage ambiguity, drive strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders

The position requires travel about 10% of the time and is on the first shift, days. Export licensing review may be required for applicants who are not US citizens or permanent residents.
