Purchasing Manager – Textile Sector

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement function for a leading textile company in Bursa. The role involves overseeing both direct and indirect purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials that meet quality and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers in line with defined procurement needs.
• Conduct market and price research, identify new suppliers, and evaluate quotations.
• Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with timelines and internal policies.
• Lead tender and bidding processes for both local and global supply chains.
• Manage the purchasing team, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Oversee end‑to‑end management of all supply processes, including direct and indirect purchasing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably within the textile or fiber sectors.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proven experience managing complex supply processes on a global scale.
