Quality Chief – Global Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Chief to lead our global quality organization. The role oversees Incoming, In‑Process, and Final Quality Control teams, ensuring that all products and components meet strict quality standards and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of IQC, IPQC and FQC teams.
• Lead investigations of internal and external non‑conformances, applying 8D root‑cause analysis and CAPA.
• Evaluate field malfunctions and customer complaints, supporting engineering analyses.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to assess supplier performance, conduct audits and resolve material quality issues.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance and reliability of measurement tools, gauges and laboratory equipment.
• Monitor, analyse and report manufacturing quality metrics and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and completed military service for male candidates.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Çerkezköy or Çorlu, Turkey.

Required skills

• Interpretation of complex technical drawings, welding symbols and GD&T.
• Knowledge of EN ISO 3834 welding quality standards and NDT methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
