About the role
As a Quality Control Technician at ABB you will ensure that low‑voltage panels and related products meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will work on the shop floor, performing tests and checks according to defined procedures and supporting the factory acceptance testing process.
Key responsibilities
- Perform testing and checking activities during manufacturing, following manuals and test scripts.
- Execute work according to specified workflows and safety guidelines.
- Carry out physical testing of low‑voltage panels to verify product quality.
- Assist the team with factory acceptance testing checks.
- Conduct shop‑floor operations in compliance with health and safety rules and report any non‑compliance.
Required profile
- Experience as an assembly technician in the low‑voltage sector.
- Technical school education in an electrical field.
- Good command of English and solid written and spoken communication skills.
- Collaborative, solution‑focused attitude.
