Quality Management & Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Management & Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Izmit plant. You will be responsible for maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system, driving improvement projects and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system across the plant.
• Prepare and execute internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer and supplier requirements.
• Lead improvement initiatives, measure results and report on performance.
• Deliver internal training on corrective‑action, suggestion systems and continuous‑improvement tools.
• Evaluate process change requests and coordinate actions with relevant departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation and communicate changes to process owners.
• Implement structured workplace flows such as 5S, A3, Kaizen, visual management, SQCDPE and standard work.
• Organise and deliver quality‑system trainings, assess their effectiveness and support other teams.
