Quality Management System Lead

About the role

The Quality Management System Lead will join Kraft Heinz's FSQ Department in Susurluk, Balıkesir. This field‑based role ensures that our quality management system and related standards are consistently applied across production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support activities to guarantee compliance with Kraft Heinz Quality Management System requirements and applicable standards.
• Verify that analyses conform to product and material specifications.
• Monitor GMP and 5S activities in laboratories, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee corrective and preventive actions, including internal and third‑party audits.
• Lead projects to analyse and eliminate recurring process errors in collaboration with production teams.
• Standardise processes, instructions and documentation by identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure calibration plans are executed and results are tracked.
• Comply with occupational health and safety rules and contribute to a safer work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum intermediate level of English.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the Balıkesir Susurluk area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Quality Management module.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, BRCGS, IFS) and food legislation.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of laboratory equipment and laboratory rules.
