R&D Chemist 2

About the role

The R&D Chemist 2 will execute assigned research and development tasks in close consultation with the manager and senior colleagues, ensuring departmental goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned products, assets, projects or tasks and follow up with stakeholders to guarantee quality and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Plan, formulate, test and evaluate results and raw materials, reporting findings both orally and in writing.
• Search scientific literature, learn from peers and attend courses to handle more complex projects independently.
• Apply HSEQ procedures, use safety equipment and maintain safety documentation while keeping the workspace tidy and safe.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years, or PhD (entry‑level candidates welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Beylikdüzü, Silivri, Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Kapaklı.

Required skills

• Knowledge and use of HSEQ procedures, safety equipment and safety documentation.
• Ability to plan, formulate, test and evaluate chemical formulations.
