About the role
The Reception Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, delivering efficient check‑in and check‑out services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous service during guest registration, departure and throughout the stay.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts, post charges timely, and handle cash, credit and key issuance securely.
- Operate the switchboard, answer calls professionally, and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Communicate guest requests and information clearly to all hotel departments, both verbally and in writing.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to maximize sales using product knowledge.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in hotel reception.
- Service‑focused personality with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
- Only local candidates will be considered.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera or a similar property management system.
