Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join the front‑desk team at Raffles Istanbul, a luxury hotel located in the Zorlu Center overlooking the Bosphorus. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering the high‑standard service that defines the Raffles brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and ensure accurate registration.
• Handle telephone enquiries, reservations, and guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain front‑desk records, billing information, and daily reports with attention to detail.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services, enhancing the guest experience.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and spoken in English.
• Calm, solution‑oriented approach with the ability to manage difficult situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and as part of a dynamic team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
