About the role

Join MediaMarkt Turkey as a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist and help shape our supplier relationships, purchasing strategy, and brand presence across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate conditions and supplier agreements with partners.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct market analysis for purchasing.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with national suppliers.
• Purchase selected volume products for all stores nationwide.
• Analyze sales and stock data for the relevant category.
• Oversee product and promotion campaigns, including marketing activities.
• Support e‑commerce initiatives for the product group.
• Scout trends and innovations within the market.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product/category management, preferably in retail.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to assert oneself.
• Professional experience in strategic purchasing and supply‑chain management.
• Analytical mindset with experience in procurement agreements.
• Project and process management experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Pro‑active, self‑motivated, customer‑oriented and open to change and innovation.
