Refurbishment & Circularity Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Refurbishment & Circularity Operations Lead to manage outsourced refurbishment and harvesting activities in Turkey. The role focuses on driving efficiency, sustainability and compliance across the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end performance of outsourced refurbishment and harvesting operations in Turkey.
• Improve operational efficiency, turnaround time, throughput, backlog reduction and cost performance.
• Ensure compliance with global procedures, quality standards, regulatory requirements and audit processes.
• Optimize component recovery and reuse, reduce scrap and support circularity and sustainability targets.
• Monitor and report operational KPIs, using data‑driven insights to implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations or supply chain.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience managing outsourced operations and third‑party partners.
• Experience in refurbishment, repair or circularity environments is preferred.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
