Regional AI Run Lead

About the role

EPAM is seeking a senior, hands‑on leader to own the AI/Run organization for the Western and Central Asia (WCA) region. The Regional AI Run Lead will be accountable for driving AI maturity, scaling AI‑native delivery, and influencing regional client decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI maturity across all delivery centers in WCA, assign local owners, and establish cadences to move teams toward production‑scale AI‑native delivery.
• Lead the three pillars of the WCA AI/Run organization, set priorities, allocate capacity, and build a cross‑location core team of solution architects and engineering squads.
• Engage early in RFPs and renewals, shape managed‑output and fixed‑fee commercial structures, and transition engagements away from time‑and‑materials.
• Harvest reusable assets, accelerators and delivery patterns from regional projects and integrate them into the global framework.
• Report on outcome metrics such as maturity score movement, signed AI‑native SOWs, trained talent volume, client revenue and margin impact.

Required profile

• Senior delivery or engineering leader with a proven record of shipping AI‑native solutions, not just advisory work.
• Experience owning P&L‑adjacent commercial numbers and shaping outcome‑based commercial models.
• Strong bias toward sharing proven approaches across geographies and credibility to make maturity judgments that influence client decisions.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches.
• Practical expertise in creating and negotiating SOWs, RFPs and outcome‑based commercial models.
• Track record of building or scaling accelerators, reusable assets or engineering platforms across teams.
