Regional Business Development Manager – Turkey

About the role

Amphenol is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for Turkey to drive revenue growth of ACC Aerospace Products and Filter Connectors. The role involves developing and executing annual sales plans, promoting product lines, and increasing market share across Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of the interconnect market and competitive landscape.
• Travel 50‑75% of the time to present products, identify design‑in opportunities, issue quotes, and track order flow.
• Analyze pricing, cost, and margin to win tenders and support new product development strategies.
• Liaise with engineering, production, distribution, and sales teams to ensure order facilitation from concept to delivery.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years experience in engineering, technical sales or consulting within electronics or manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and travel internationally.
