Regional Sales & Channel Director – Computing, Storage & Memory (Turkey & Middle East)

About the role

We are expanding our computing, storage and memory business across Turkey and the Middle East and need an experienced Regional Sales & Channel Director to lead the next stage of growth. The role covers enterprise computing platforms, servers, storage, SSD technologies, DRAM and high‑performance memory solutions for both traditional IT channels and OEM markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the regional sales and channel strategy for Turkey and the Middle East.
• Recruit, develop and manage distributors, system integrators, VARs and specialized resellers.
• Develop OEM, ODM and system‑builder relationships and drive project‑based business.
• Identify and grow opportunities in servers, storage, SSD, DRAM and computing platforms.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on pricing, forecasts, supply allocation and joint GTM programs.
• Manage RFQs, design‑in opportunities and long‑term customer projects while maintaining pipeline and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT hardware, enterprise computing or storage.
• Proven track record in channel sales, business development and OEM project management.
• Established relationships with distributors, system integrators and enterprise customers in Turkey and the Middle East.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
