Regional Support Trainer

About the role

Sovos is looking for a Regional Support Trainer to lead AI and product enablement programmes for its Turkey support teams. You will deliver hands‑on training in both English and Turkish, ensuring agents are ready for new product launches and proficient with the AI tools that power daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions on AI Pods, product releases, and ongoing skill development for the Turkey support organisation.
• Deliver new‑hire onboarding covering Sovos products, TheLoops, Salesforce, and Ask Sovi.
• Conduct floor‑walks to observe AI tool usage in real cases and provide real‑time coaching.
• Run weekly office‑hours to address agent questions, blockers, and improvement ideas.
• Adapt central enablement content to Turkish language and cultural context.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management to maintain accurate, discoverable Turkish‑language knowledge articles and bot content.
• Gather structured feedback after each training cycle and relay gaps to the AI & Product Enablement Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Turkish, with strong communication skills.
• Experience delivering training or coaching in a customer‑support environment.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, localized examples.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
