Reservation Agent

About the role

Raffles Istanbul is seeking a Reservation Agent to join its luxury hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests making reservations, ensuring a seamless and memorable booking experience that reflects the brand’s legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls and emails using the hotel’s PBX system.
• Enter and manage bookings in the Opera reservation platform, ensuring accuracy and adherence to rate policies.
• Provide guests with detailed information about room types, rates, amenities, and special packages.
• Coordinate with front‑desk, sales, and housekeeping to guarantee room availability and optimal allocation.
• Resolve reservation issues promptly, offering creative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations or a similar guest‑service role.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a diverse team.
• Degree in Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
