About the role
The Reservation Agent will provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, handling all inbound and outbound calls and ensuring a seamless reservation experience in line with hotel standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process all external and internal calls, redirecting or assisting callers as needed.
- Take ownership of each request, follow up according to hotel standards, and maintain the reservation software system.
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of all departments, especially Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering.
- Serve as a liaison for guests seeking information about any aspect of the hotel.
- Handle and distribute faxes, voice messages, and written messages for internal and external guests.
Required profile
- Good command of English.
- Previous customer‑related experience is an asset.
- Outstanding guest service and sophisticated verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
