Reservations Officer

About the role

The Reservations Officer will manage daily reservation activities for high‑quality residences, ensuring smooth communication with residents, guests and partners. This full‑time, on‑site position in Antalya focuses on accurate booking processing, customer service excellence and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, process bookings and update reservation systems accurately.
• Communicate pricing, accommodation options and confirm details with residents, guests and partners.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Resolve booking issues and maintain up‑to‑date records and reports.
• Support sales by upselling services and promoting special offers.

Required profile

• Strong experience in reservations and airline ticketing, with familiarity of booking software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to manage guest expectations.
• Sales orientation with ability to upsell, cross‑sell and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Antalya, manage time effectively and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in Turkish and good command of English (additional languages a plus).
