Restaurant Director – Gallada

About the role

The Gallada Restaurant Director will lead all aspects of the restaurant, bar, terrace and private dining spaces, working closely with the Head Chef and senior brand teams to shape the guest experience and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and guide operations across the restaurant, bar, terrace and private dining areas.
• Collaborate with Chef Director, EAM Food & Beverage and Brand Marketing to design marketing and promotion strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies to elevate guest experience and meet financial targets.
• Streamline processes, increase productivity and ensure customer feedback informs service improvements.
• Manage reservations, VIP bookings and special requests, communicating clearly with the team.
• Coach, mentor and retain staff, fostering high engagement and performance.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in high‑standard domestic or overseas restaurants, preferably with Michelin‑level experience.
• Proven ability to manage large, high‑volume restaurant and bar operations.
• Experience in fine dining, market‑leading bar concepts and bespoke events.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial tools and processes.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
