About the role

Cencora is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support temperature‑sensitive material handling in a fast‑paced distribution environment. You will help preserve product integrity, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth outbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor temperature‑sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identify and route on‑hold, damaged, or non‑conforming items according to handling procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non‑standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification.

Required skills

• Warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping).
• Inventory control principles and stock movement tracking.
• Temperature‑controlled handling and cold‑chain support.
• Packaging materials and reusable shipping asset management.
• Shipment documentation and operational record‑keeping.
• Safe material handling practices and use of warehouse equipment and tools.
