About the role

The Warehouse Associate will support the handling of temperature‑sensitive products in a fast‑paced distribution environment. You will ensure that materials are stored, prepared, and shipped under the required conditions while maintaining accurate records and traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor temperature‑controlled materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve required conditions.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability and control.
• Identify on‑hold, damaged, or non‑conforming items and route them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non‑standard handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping).
• Understanding of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability.
• Familiarity with temperature‑controlled handling and cold‑chain requirements.
• Experience with packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices.
• Ability to manage shipment documentation, operational record‑keeping, and transaction processing.
• Proficiency in safe material handling practices and use of warehouse equipment and tools.
