RF Semiconductors Project Manager

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Project Manager to join its RF Semiconductors (RFS) team, which develops integrated ASSPs and RF ICs covering the signal chain from antenna to baseband for ASD, INS and COM applications. As an engineering project manager you will manage the development of new products, advanced core technology and IP, working closely with engineers and collaborating with colleagues at several locations globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and regions, with long-term impact on functions or business units
• Work with Engineering Directors, Product Designers, Engineers, Applications, Marketing and Manufacturing to align project goals with market demands and business objectives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and staffing, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure quality and continuity
• Design and implement new processes and solutions, and partner with other Program Managers on concurrent development and sustaining projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal communications, escalate critical issues and ensure compliance with standards, customer requirements and regulations
• Mentor team members and upskill them

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high-tech or semiconductor environment
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity, drive strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to coach and mentor junior Project Managers

Required skills

• Preferred: experience in the RF or IC product development cycle from concept to production
• Preferred: strong proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, Jira and Excel (including VBA)
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

The role involves about 10% travel and is a day shift. Positions requiring access to technical data may require export licensing review.
